I have run up2date and updated everything but the SMP kernel
which I heard has problems.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect printer to USB port
2.turn on printer
3.try to configure using printconf-tui
  

Actual Results:  error message shown above

Expected Results:  printer should be in database
