Description of problem:
Syncing repos from CDN gives warning as



PLP0000: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/cache/pulp/reserved_resource_worker-0@satellite/bd2fbdc1-2f58-431f-8347-a264c81ec62c/repodata/productid'

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable red hat repos
2. Try to sync


Actual results:
Failed to sync.


PLP0000: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/cache/pulp/reserved_resource_worker-0@satellite/bd2fbdc1-2f58-431f-8347-a264c81ec62c/repodata/productid'



Expected results:
Successful sync.

I've just tested with the new packages applied to Sat 6.5 snap 24. It works.

VERIFIED on SNAP 25. No longer occurs, repos sync properly.
