Test version:
redhat-virtualization-host-4.3-20190417.1.el7_6

Test result:
# rpm -qa| grep openvswitch
openvswitch2.10-ovn-host-2.10.0-28.el7fdp.3.x86_64
python-openvswitch2.10-2.10.0-28.el7fdp.3.x86_64
rhv-openvswitch-2.10-5.el7ev.noarch
rhv-openvswitch-ovn-common-2.10-5.el7ev.noarch
openvswitch2.10-2.10.0-28.el7fdp.3.x86_64
rhv-openvswitch-ovn-host-2.10-5.el7ev.noarch
openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy-1.0-8.el7fdp.noarch
rhv-python-openvswitch-2.10-5.el7ev.noarch
openvswitch2.10-ovn-common-2.10.0-28.el7fdp.3.x86_64

RHVH already include the expected openvswitch package, so the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
