But the backport [1] missed to trigger discovery script via bootstrap_host_exec.

I do not see anything in the ERRATA about this issue. Which one solves it?. I just installed fresh OSP13 and have this issue.

This BZ here is for OSP14. BZ1699393 is the OSP13 BZ where the fix got
released with https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2019:1738
