Description of problem:
There is no healthchecks for next containers:
nova_virtlogd


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OSP15
RHOS_TRUNK-15.0-RHEL-8-20190418.n.0

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy OSP15 with 3controller + 1 compute
2.SSH to OC nodes and check systemd healthchecks services for podman containers


Actual results:
No heathchecks for nova_virtlogd containers 

Expected results:
exist in sudo systemctl list-units |grep tripleo_nova_virtlogd_healthcheck.service

I have fixed the healthcheck failure in BZ [1].
