Description of problem: Zeal not present in Fedora 30 repositories. Could it be added to the repos?

I built it from the Fedora 29 src.rpm without problems. I third this.
What is the reason why Zeal is not included in F30?
Because it got dropped (retired) via https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/zeal/c/2b4bce6873dac11585bd10bb41110dd33de5ab1c?branch=master and the revert a while later wasn't accompanied by unblocking in the build system. So it's blocked in F-30+ (see https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=21191).
And what are the reasons? I would like to understand because I use it every day. and I have not yet migrated to F30.
This looks as a mistake by the maintainer actually, the commit message says "obsoleted by 0install". The retirement (using "fedpkg retire") automatically blocked the package in the buildsystem. Use https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Orphaned_package_that_need_new_maintainers#Claiming_Ownership_of_a_Retired_Package for reviving the package.
I don't know what happened but I'd also like to see it back in repositories. Package does not seem to be orphaned because it isn't owned by orphan user [0] there is no mention of zeal on the devel@ mailing list in almost two years [1] and dist git looks as usual [2] but it's not available in rawhide and F30. Is there anything we can do to get zeal back to repositories? I would follow the "Claiming Ownership" procedure mentioned in comment #7, I hope the current maintainer won't object. Technically the package is retired.
