Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem: The ability for the GUI to not show anything puppet related.  This could be a installer flag or a setting in the GUI, to turn off in create host, host group and even on the dashboard page, to hide the puppet tabs, puppet reports, etc.  Even though puppet is need by satellite the customers hosts are not using puppet ever.

The Satellite Team is attempting to provide an accurate backlog of bugzilla requests which we feel will be resolved in the next few releases. Foreman Puppet has been extracted to the plugin and can be disabled with command:
