Description of problem:
fedora-coreos.raw.gz is the default image URL example when coreos.inst.image_url= isn't passed on the commandline

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot the ISO w/ the defaults

Actual results:
described above

Expected results:
s/fedora-coreos/rhcos
or 
s/fedora/rhel-coreos

Additional info:
this is obviously a very minor aesthetic.

This will be fixed in the 4.2 release.  There are no defaults for the 4.2 coreos-installer; an image URL must be provided.

Verified with RHCOS 42.80.20190925.2 ISO
