Description of problem:
We are hitting a bug in ruby (https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/14634) that has been fixed in ruby 2.5.4. The latest ruby 2.5 release is ruby 2.5.5. The current ruby version in the SCL is 2.5.3.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fix is in ruby 2.5.4

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. scl enable rh-ruby25 bash
2. ruby --version
3. Check output

Actual results:
ruby 2.5.3

Expected results:
ruby 2.5.5


Additional info:

The component rh-ruby25 does not exist.

Looking at the current rh-ruby25-ruby in CentOS 7 (don't have a RHEL at hand, but I'll assume it's at least as new) the version is 2.5.9 so I think this has been solved a while ago.
