Bug details: https://github.com/cosmos72/fstransform/issues/13 The solution is to update to either 0.9.3patch1 - or preferred, update to 0.9.4 across the board.
From the author: "Actually it's safer to upgrade to 0.9.3.patch1, because 0.9.4 received significantly less testing (read: may have new bugs)" As such, please update to 0.9.3.patch1 at this stage. Earlier versions may still suffer from a known data loss issue.
