Hello, 

Please, I'd like request to commit to perl-DateTime-Format-
SQLite, my fas user is : sergiomb 

For me I think I will have
less work if I can add this package to epel7 .

Two years ago already was attempt add this package to epel7 [1] but the
package was deleted from koji , I don't know why.
