Description of problem:
When navigating Compute -> Clouds -> Tenants and selecting a tenant, the count of object displayed is wrong for that particular tenant. It always displays count of overall Images, Instances, Cloud Networks etc, not just the ones belonging to chosen tenant.

Note that only the count seems to be wrong, otherwise it works as expected. After clicking on different links on that page, it displays correct Images, Instances etc, belonging to chosen tenant.

In 5.10.4.1 as well as 5.10.3.3, this works as expected, meaning when you choose a tenant, all objects displayed are belonging to that chosen tenant.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a RHOS provider added with at least two tenants
2. Navigate Compute -> Clouds -> Tenants, select one of tenants
3. Observe count of objects displayed
4. Navigate back, choose the other tenant
5. Observe count of objects displayed; note it's the same as for the first tenant and the same as overall objects count

Actual results:
Overall object count displayed for chosen tenant

Expected results:
Only object count for chosen tenant should be displayed
