python-suds currently FTBFS in Rawhide due to pytest 4.  suds needs to be adapted to support pytest 4.

This is blocking the Python 3.8 rebuild.

I've got most of the problems figured out.  The remaining problem is a custom plugin that suds has, that I'm having a hard time adapting to pytest 4.  Will try to get back to it again.
