Description of problem:
System hangs on shutdown with: A stop job is running for Hardware RNG Entropy Gatherer Daemon (1min 30s)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-5.0.11-300.fc30
rng-tools-6.7-1.fc30

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot system.
2. Wait for 3-4 hours, suspend-resume.
3. Shutdown system.

Actual results:
System hangs on shutdown until Systemd will kill this unit on k/d.

Expected results:
Fast and clean shutdown.
