Description of problem:

This issue has been reported against pki-ca-10.5.9-13 as part of Red Hat Certificate System. Please change the product/component when necessary.

The issue is with a custom CA profile. When the profile is enabled the CA EE page displays Subject Alternative Name Extension Information, but no text boxes to populate.

1. Create a visible CA profile with : input <ID>.class_id=subjectAltNameExtInputImpl
2. Enable the Profile and Restart the CA if necessary
3. Go to the CA EE Page and click on the profile
4. The page displays Subject Alternative Name Extension Information, but no text boxes to populate.
