Comment 13 Tina Fitzgerald 2019-05-14 18:36:55 UTC
We were able to reproduce the issue and believe the following PR will resolve the issue:
https://github.com/ManageIQ/ui-components/pull/384

Billy Fitz supplied the following information:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 10.8.99.54
2. Order 'Generic' service
3. Click the refresh button and you should see data in the 1st text box field.
4. Click submit
5. Click refresh until Service finishes. (Services/Requests)
6. Double Click on your request
7. Page down and Under 'Dialog Options' Notice the 'Text Area' field is blank.
