From an e2e run.  Even though these are *probably* no ops, updates to RBAC can trigger excessive traffic or cache clears.  We should investigate and verify that this isn't causing caches to be cleared (if so this is must fix).

is there anyway to recreate this? or access the specific e2e logs?
