Please try ibus-libpinyin instead, thanks!

Comment 2 Jens Petersen 2019-09-25 10:12:44 UTC
Should ibus-pinyin be retired?

Comment 3 Peng Wu 2019-09-26 06:13:18 UTC
I think ibus-pinyin still builds in koji, maybe we consider to retire it when FTBFS.

Comment 4 Mike FABIAN 2021-01-12 07:40:43 UTC
Actually I see no difference between ibus-libpinyin and ibus-pinyin when typing
'nihao' and 'niha o'.

nihao -> 你好
niha o -> 你哈哦

both with ibus-libpinyin and ibus-pinyin.

Comment 5 Mike FABIAN 2021-01-12 07:41:24 UTC
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1707001#c4 tested on Fedora 33 with all current updates.

Comment 6 Peng Wu 2021-01-12 08:15:37 UTC
Okay, maybe it is related with double pinyin mode, close bug.
