Latest upstream release: 4.93.2
Current version/release in rawhide: 4.91-3

Note that the project has changed to Github. That's why Upstream Release Monitoring missed this. (I have update the entry there.)

Of course, Source URL also changes. Furthermore, the tirpc support has gone upstream, so the patch and the %make_build modifications are no longer required. The man page also needs to be built now (BR groff-base, and "soelim < Lsof.8 > lsof.8"). upstream2downstream.sh also needs to be modified (much simpler now, BTW).
