No process available to delete servers from inventory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on inventory
2. observe server that you want to delete
3. no facility to remove

Actual results:
can't remove

Expected results:
be able to remove server from insights cloud inventory

Additional info:
Server has been removed from satellite.
