Description of problem:
Can not detect if conversion instance is enabled/added on OSP project of infra map when we add RSA via conversion UI and not via while adding provider.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.4.2.20190508174256_282f74e 


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add source and target (OSP only) provider (don't add RSA while adding provider)
2. Configure conversion host 
3. Check project which in on "Compute" mapping of infra map modal


Actual results:
Getting pficon-warning-triangle-o with warning message even we conversion configured


Expected results:
Should not give that warning when we configured it via conversion UI
