Description of problem:
Octavia CI job "DFG-network-octavia-14-pep8-rhos" [1] is FAILED.

Root cause is identified and a patch exists upstream [2].


As seen in Job #118 [3], which failed while running Bandit, due to a new release of Bandit that broke compatibility.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 14


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run "DFG-network-octavia-14-pep8-rhos" Octavia CI job.
2.Make sure job passes successfully.
