Description of problem:
In the windows port, gaim has transparency options.  Yet in linux gaim is stuck opaque.  It would be great if gaim could be transparent on both platforms.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run gaim

Actual Results:  Gaim had an opaque white background.

Expected Results:  I turned on transparency and it was really hot.

Fedora will not add such functionality to gaim.  You need to convince upstream.
