Description of problem:
The "Unjoining Clusters" part of the description of federation operator needs to be fixed

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into webconsole
2. Catalog->OperatorHub->Federation
3. "Unjoining Clusters" part

Actual results:
kubefedctl unjoin mycluster \
  --host-cluster-context mycluster \       # name of a KUBECONFIG context for the hosting cluster
  --registry-namespace=<namespace> \       # namespace where federation is deployed
  -v 2


Expected results:
In v0.0.10, there is no "registry-namespace"parameter anymore.
There should give --federation-namespace, --cluster-context and --remove-from-registry parameters.

This is fixed in the latest CSV description.
