with rawhide of October 17, the "Modify Policy" treeview contains just a
single line saying "/usr/sbin/getsebool:".  That doesn't look right...

This turned out to be a problem with anaconda trying to make a symlink, failing,
and not ending up with selinux enabled on reboot.
