latest "dnf update" failure log

Description of problem:
dnf fails to synchronize cache for its repos quite often.
Most often "fedora" or "updates-modular" repos fail.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnf-4.2.5-1.fc30.noarch

How reproducible:
Quite often. It may be failing for half an hour, then work for another half an hour, then starts failing again. This continues for several days. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run any dnf command that needs access to remote repos, for example, sudo dnf update

Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'updates-modular'
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'updates-modular'


Expected results:
Successfull command completion
