Description of problem: VM reconfiguration(OSP provider) from Global Region throws below error message ~~~ Unable to reconfigure Instance "<instance name>": Unsupported request class VmCloudReconfigureRequest ~~~ The same working perfectly fine when trigger from a Remote Region or a normal appliance. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have a VM created in the provider in the Remote region which is subscribed to Global region. 2. it may be duplicate to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1710037 Replication doesn't work correctly when remote region appliance is deployed in Opestack.
If the reconfigure works fine on the remote region then this sounds like a central admin issue, sending over to the platform team.
