Closing again because comment #18 mentions a similar issue, but with a different vendor backend. If that's true then it should be handled under a separate BZ.

Close loop there is an upstream tempest test covering this, 
we'll enable this on tempest conf on CI and our jobs for any run that includes more than 1 compute node. 
It will run on any backend we happen to test, including FC (covers this case).
