Description of problem:

python-hardware is FTBFS starting with F30, nothing appears to require it. Let's retire it.

I wanted to NEEDINFO Frédéric, but Bugzilla says that account is disabled.

I've also sent an e-mail, the address doesn't immediately bounce.

I was told that Frédéric is no longer in RH. proceeding with step 4 of https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/
