COPASI-4.25.207-4 fails to build with python3.8a4. 

To try build on your own you can use mock this config
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/python/python3.8/

from CMakeError:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpthreads
