Description of problem:

 Problem 1: package pix-1.8.2-1.fc29.x86_64 requires libexiv2.so.26()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - exiv2-libs-0.26-12.fc29.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package pix-1.8.2-1.fc29.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  sudo yum upgrade -y --refresh
2.  sudo yum system-upgrade download --releasever=30
3.

Actual results:

 Problem 1: package pix-1.8.2-1.fc29.x86_64 requires libexiv2.so.26()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - exiv2-libs-0.26-12.fc29.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package pix-1.8.2-1.fc29.x86_64


Expected results:

Fedora RPMs should be properly handled and not have repository or dependency issues.

Pix needs rebuilding against f30's exiv2, not a exiv2 bug.

Looks like pix package has been eol'd, marked dead , 
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pix/blob/835af754e17dc336b1deacdede090f3ca4aea0d9/f/dead.package

I suggest you remove it from your system to avoid broken dependencies.
