It's worthy to mention that the current version of gtk-gnutella in the repository is outdated (1.1.14 was released on the 4th of October, 2018). Maybe this is something that was fixed in the newer version??
Could you please check the new version: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/8837/35038837/gtk-gnutella-1.1.14-1.fc31.x86_64.rpm (debuginfo can be obtained as well, see https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/8837/35038837/ )
Created attachment 1573491 [details] stdout+stderr from 1.1.14 packages provided for testing Hello Dmitry. I tested the packages you provided for 1.1.14, but unfortunately the issue is still present. This version did not trigger ABRT so to provide information I redirected the program's stdout and stderr to a file that I'm attaching to this comment. If you need any more info I'll be happy to provide it! Sorry for taking some time to reply.
Could you discover further whether it crashes on previous Fedora versions (say F30, F29), or maybe in some another environment (clean install, just other machine etc.)? According to the new and old tracelogs, it can be probably related to libnss_myhostname.so.2 library (from systemd-libs package). A 5 seconds delay hints to some name resolving issues...
