Description of problem:
The "Updates" column on /rhn/systems/SystemGroupList.do reports "No Applicable Errata" despite that not being accurate. If I click into a group I will see the correct red exclamation point icon.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Systems tab
2. Click on System Groups on the left hand side

Actual results:
Updates column is all green checkmarks.

Expected results:
Some groups should have red exclamation points.
