OSP15 | collectd container unable to start on OSP15 deployment.

The overcloud deployment was successfully finished. Collectd container present but it's unable to start.

There is no python in osp15, only python3.

Lesik, can you please try again with python3-collectd-gnocchi?

It has been removed from kolla already with the move to python3. 


Lesik, could you please check, if python3-collectd-gnocchi is included in the collectd container?

This should be included in openstack-collectd-container-15.0-36, the code was merged a before.
