Highlight that it's no problem on aws platform:

Removing etcd data-dir /var/lib/etcd
Restoring etcd member etcd-member-ip-10-0-156-101.us-east-2.compute.internal from snapshot..

4.1 is EOL, but the PR merged long ago.  Moving this bug to MODIFIED so it gets sucked in to any future 4.1.z errata (of which there may be none).
