Description of problem: A few seconds after log in into my KDE Fedora 30 notebook, it hangs. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 30 KDE Plasma 5.15.5 How reproducible: Every time after logged in fr a few seconds (up to one minute) on my Notebook (Intel + Nvidia GPU), but not on my desktop (AMD GPU) and not on my other notebook (Intel GPU only). Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install KDE on Fedora 30 (notebook with Nvidia GPU) 2. Try to work for 5 minutes. Actual results: The whole desktop stops reacting. Mouse is still moveable. Expected results: Desktop should react to key/mouse actions. Additional info: The same notebook works fine with Fedora 29 (KDE 5.14), so this bug only applies to Fedora 30 (KDE 5.15). I attached the external bug 406180, as I suspect this the reason for my problems. What can I provide by only using Fedora 30 on a USB-Stick (don't want to install, as I need this notebook for work).
