@Bipin, Test cases to validate this feature: 1. 'Additional Hosts' tab should be optional 2. 'Additional Hosts' tab, if ignored, still results in the storage domains created automatically in RHV Manager 3. Number of volumes 'equals to' Number of storage domains

Already posted patch and we are targeting for 4.4.0.
Verified with RHVH 4.4.1 and cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.8 Now, there is no option available for the user to treat additional hosts as optional. 2 other hosts are added to the cluster. Storage domains are created automatically
