Greetings,

I'm looking for a Windows installer for Publican. According to the project's home page [1] as well as product documentation [2], I should go to [3] to get the binaries.

Unfortunately, fedorahosted.org has been gone since 2017 [4], and I was not able to find another site where I could download those files from.

Could you please
1. tell me where to find the Windows installer for Publican 4.3.2
2. Update the website and documentation to reflect the new download location
