Description of problem:
pychromecast is uninstallable due to missing dependency on casttube (https://github.com/ur1katz/casttube)

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install or update python3-chromecast

Actual results:
# dnf --releasever=30 update python3-chromecast
