While installing metrics store according to the documented installation instructions, the playbook cannot locate a filter and therefore fails when it tries to upload the template image. If you run the same role (image-template) outside the Metrics installation playbook with a simple test playbook, the filter is found, and the task completes successfully. There is no workaround at this time.

Description of problem:
When installing metrics store according to the documentation, the playbook fails on template image upload for not being able to find certain filter. When running the same role (image-template) outside the metrics installation playbook with a simple test playbook, the filter is found and task passes successfully.
