I guess this happened because of missing line in python3 subpackage %{?python_provide:%python_provide python3-langtable} See https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/#_the_python_provide_macro
Fixed it in rawhide.

Problems still persist on Fedora 30.
(In reply to bob53181 from comment #6) > Problems still persist on Fedora 30. Can you explain actually what is the problem you are facing? otherwise you will be facing issue reported in bug 1724767. Please comment your feedback in that bug.
When I first started hitting this issue (langtable preventing yum-langpacks update) a month ago bug 1724767 has not existed so I subscribed to this one. I will subscribe to the new one now, thank you.
