Description of problem:
Hi, I need to rebuild qemu for new brlapi (0.7.0), but there is unrelated FTBFS:

I have untagged the brlapi update, so when you are ready to build new qemu, please do: 

koji tag-pkg f31-pending brltty-6.0-3.fc31

and wait for the buildroot to regen before building.
