- NTP on every node is set sync on.
- Deleting the previous build does not help.

Without the data Adam asked for, and the fact that the customer case is closed, so we most likely won't be getting that data,
this most likely is a dupe of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1547551 
which was fixed in 3.10 vs. 3.7 here
