Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Description of problem:
There should have a icon with a tip beside the vCPUs on the overview tab if changing the vCPU configuration when VM is running, as the configuration will not take effect until the VM shutdown.
