Description of problem:
RHVH 4.3.4 version info is incorrect in plymouth and /etc/os-release, it show as 4.3.0, this will make user confuse.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-virtualization-host-4.3-20190610.0.el7_6
imgbased-1.1.7-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.3-20190610.0.el7_6 iso via anaconda GUI.
2. Finish the installation.
3. Reboot and focus on plymouth.
4. Check /etc/os-release

Actual results:
1. It show as 4.3.0 in plymouth and /etc/os-release.

It show as 4.3.5 in plymouth and /etc/os-release. So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
