This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

NetApp is phasing out support of 7 mode API which the plugin uses.  Thus the plugin will become non-functional.  We have also lost our ability to test the plugin with the replacement of test hardware which doesn't support 7 mode.

netapp plugin for libstoragemgmt is no longer shipped in RHEL-7.8
