Note: This bug is displayed in read-only format because the product is no longer active in Red Hat Bugzilla.
RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Rolfe Dlugy-Hegwer 2019-06-13 21:47:51 UTC
Description of problem:

During RHVH 4.3 Installation, under SECURITY POLICY, under DISA STIG for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7:
- Replace "based off" (non-standard English) with "based on"
- Replace "Red Hat Virtualization Hypervisor" with "Red Hat Virtualization Host"

"Red Hat Virtualization Hypervisor" is non-standard terminology. It doesn't appear at all in our RHV documentation. Variations in terminology like this can cause confusion if users search for more information about the hypervisor in our documentation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install the RHVH as described in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.3/html/installing_red_hat_virtualization_as_a_self-hosted_engine_using_the_command_line/installing_the_self-hosted_engine_deployment_host_she_cli_deploy#Installing_Red_Hat_Virtualization_Hosts_SHE_deployment_host

Additional info:

Comment 1 Rolfe Dlugy-Hegwer 2019-06-14 11:01:33 UTC
Component probably needs to be changed.

Comment 2 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-06-14 11:45:09 UTC
Not sure we can change this from within RHV-H, I think this should be moved to RHEL openscap.

Comment 3 Matus Marhefka 2019-06-24 08:11:17 UTC
This needs to be updated in the scap-security-guide which contains the content consumed by the openscap.

Comment 4 Matěj Týč 2019-08-22 11:34:55 UTC
Addressed in https://github.com/ComplianceAsCode/content/pull/4760

Comment 7 Milan Lysonek 2019-09-10 11:27:23 UTC
Verified for scap-security-guide-0.1.46-1.el8. Tested manually at RHEL 7 installation. No reported errors were found.
