1. How it is done manually.
2. Any documentation for the commands run, API (if available)

Sachi, we have already ansible role for shutdown and startup environment (https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-ansible-shutdown-env). This need to be tested in rhhi env.

Now that the bug has all the acks, putting it to ON_QA.

Tested with RHV 4.3.6 + RHGS 3.4.4 with ovirt-ansible-shutdown-env-1.0.3-1.el7ev.noarch.rpm

All the VMs are powered down, followed by the hosts.
RHHI-V env is shutdown
