Description of problem:
When using ovirt-engine-rename the ovirt-host variable in /etc/ovirt-provider-ovn/conf.d/10-setup-ovirt-provider-ovn.conf should be changed to new name as well.

Also I'm not sure about provider-host but if it's the same as old name it should likely be changed as well.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup an engine with OVN
2. run ovirt-engine-rename and change the name
3.

Actual results:
OVN config stays the same

Expected results:
OVN should be updated
