I provisioned a new "angelina" VM from CFME from template "cu-24x7-template" and checked the name of the disk in the RHV UI.
The name of the disk is "angelina_Disk1" whereas template's disk name is "cu-24x7_Disk1".

Therefore, moving to VERIFIED.
